A new wellness destination has opened in the capital. Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh has recently introduced The Spa, a dedicated space that brings together treatments, fitness facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Open daily, The Spa offers a range of treatments for both men and women, while the property’s Health Club is open from 7 am to 11 pm for members and external guests.
The wellness offering includes treatment rooms, wet areas, a fully equipped fitness space, personal training and fitness assessments. This means visitors can focus on everything from relaxation to their fitness goals in one place.
The Spa’s treatment menu covers a variety of massage styles, including aromatherapy, hot stone, detoxifying, Swedish and Thai massages. There are also treatments designed specifically for pregnancy, as well as targeted back, shoulder and neck massages.
For those looking for a little facial care, the menu includes classic, deep-cleansing, brightening, anti-ageing and hydrating options. Guests can also book hand and foot treatments or make use of the hairstyling services.
A More Personalised Approach to Fitness
The Health Club takes a more tailored approach to exercise. Personal training sessions and fitness assessments are available to members and guests. These assessments look at areas including posture, flexibility, strength, mobility and body composition. Once the results are in, guests can receive a personalised fitness programme built around their individual goals.
For those who want to make wellness part of their regular routine, the Health Club has introduced three membership options covering different time periods.
The 12-month Signature Membership costs SAR 15,000 and includes unlimited access to the Health Club and spa wet areas, group fitness classes and six personalised training sessions.
Members can also enjoy a body composition assessment and preferred rates on spa services, retail, and food and beverages. They can also receive invitations to private wellness events, while enjoying complimentary and valet parking.
There are also six-month Prestige and monthly Classic memberships for those who would prefer a shorter commitment while still having access to the club’s main facilities and services.
The Pool
The wellness experience extends outdoors, with members and in-house guests being able to use the property’s second-floor outdoor swimming pool.
There is also a pool bar beside the water, serving drinks and a selection of light bites, making it possible to turn a gym or spa visit into a more leisurely afternoon.
